Spring Hill Youth

Jesus loved children, and we do too. In fact, we consider youth so important that we have a full time youth minister and a major part of our budget is expended on the youth. We make it possible for every young person to take part in every youth activity.

Youth Meetings
Youth meetings for kindergarten through high school are held Sunday evenings at 6:00 PM. Special activities are held for pre-school through senior high students Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM.

Camp, Conferences, and Gatherings
During the summer months, the youth attend camp at beautiful Butler Springs Christian Assembly. There are camps for almost every age group including a day camp for the little ones to introduce them to the life-changing camp experience. There are adventure camps, basketball camps, soccer camps, and other camps with a Christian emphasis. Each camper experiences a spiritual adventure which helps him to understand Christian values and principles important for happy living.

Junior High and Senior High youth also enjoy activities sponsored by Christ In Youth, Inc., a national youth organization founded by our Senior Minister in 1968 which sponsors various work projects and conferences attracting thousands of youth from all over the United States. Mission trips are also becoming popular among youth and are sure to become a vital part of our youth activities at Spring Hill.

Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School is an important part of every summer at Spring Hill. It begins with a VBS Fair the Saturday before VBS begins. Vacation Bible School includes a full week of Bible lessons, activities, crafts, games, and other interesting features. All activities take place in the Family Life Center which includes a spacious gym and fully equipped classrooms.

We are very blessed to have one of the best Youth Ministers in the nation here at Spring Hill: Steve Reeves. He has been trained at the Cincinnati Christian University and is greatly loved by both our youth and their parents. We are thrilled to have a young man of his calliber leading our youth.
